Article 610 – Unauthorized publication of manuscript - Whoever publishes any manuscript, which includes private letters, without permission of the author, during his lifetime or lifetime of heirs or representatives, shall be responsible for losses and damages. § Sole paragraph: The provision of the article does not come in the way of the right granted under article 575 in respect of private letters.
