Article 736 – Loss of both the objects due to no fault of the debtor - Where both the things are lost without fault or negligence of the debtor, following distinction shall be made: 1. Where the option is exercised or specification is done, the loss shall be on account of the creditor; 2. If the option is not exercised, the contract will be of no effect.
