Article 907 – Mortgages to secure privileged credits - The credits, which have privilege of any type, have statutory mortgage whenever they are duly registered as credits on mortgage, and satisfying all the necessary requisites. § Sole paragraph - The credits registered in a manner indicated in this article, do not lose by reason of this fact, the privilege and may obtain, in the contest between creditors secured by mortgage, the payment which in marshalling the preferred credits could have attained.
