Article 930 – Conversion of provisional registration of mortgage into final registration - It is not lawful to grant application for delivery of the assets, in the case of marriage of minor, without satisfying that the provisional registration of the dot and the mortgage, if any, has been converted into final by way of annotation. § Sole paragraph - The tutor, who without order from the judge makes the above referred delivery of assets or income, shall be liable for the same, as if no delivery was made.
