Article 942 – Auction insufficient for covering the guaranteed credit - Where, in the case of the preceding article, the value, referred to therein, does not cover the bid, the rights of the interested parties shall be exercised over the same value, save any action against the original debtor for the balance. § Sole paragraph - In respect of the part which is not covered by the proceeds of the mortgage, they are considered as common creditors.
