Section 950. Territorial Jurisdiction of Land Registration Office for effecting registrations

Article 950 - Territorial Jurisdiction of Land Registration Office for effecting registrations - Registration should be made in the office of the district where the property to which it refers is the property situated and not in another on pain of nullity. § Sole paragraph - If the property is situated in the territorial limits of more than one office the registration shall be effected in each one of them.
