1. Short title, extent and commencement. —(1) This Act may be called the Goa Regularisation of Unauthorized Construction Act, 2016. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Goa. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 24th day of June, 2016.
