1. Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the Goa (Regulation of Land Development and Building Construction) Act, 2008. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Goa. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 2nd day of September, 2007.
