Section 2. Definitions. The Goa State Guarantees Act, 1993

2. Definitions.— In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—
(a) ‘Official Gazette’ means the Official Gazette of the State Government;
(b) ‘State Government’ means the Government of Goa.
