Section 151. Legacy of house with things existing in it.

151. Legacy of house with things existing in it.— Where a house with all things found therein is bequeathed, the bequest shall not include debts due to the inheritance withstanding the fact that the instruments and documents relating to such outstanding debts due to the testator, are found in the house.
