Section 337. Delivery of the closed will.

337. Delivery of the closed will.— Once the will is approved and closed in a cover, it shall be delivered to the testator and the Special Notary shall enter in his book a note recording the place where, and the day, month and year, when the will was approved and delivered. 19[The testator may keep the closed will with himself or hand it over to a person of his confidence]
