Section 5. Executive Committee.

5. Executive Committee.— (1) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following:— (a) Person to be appointed by the Government or in his absence Additional Chief Engineer (Irrigation Project) — Chairman State (b) Joint Managing Director of the Corporation — Vice-Chairman (c) Chief Accounts and of the Corporation — Member Finance Officer (d) Executive Engineer, Works Division-VIII — Member-Secretary (2) The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations.
