Section 12. Protection of persons acting in good faith under the Act or rules. The Gujarat Animal Preservation Act, 1954

12. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
