Section 8. Filling up casual vacancies. The Gujarat Backward classes Development Corporation Act,1985
Act no. 11 of 1985 1985 In force Gujarat (State Act)
8. On the occurrence of any vacancy in the office of a director due to death, resignation or any other reason, the same shall be filled up by the State Government in the manner provided in section 6 4[***].
