Section 20. Restaurants and eating houses not to sell goods of the Kind sold in shops before the opening and after the dosing hours of shops.

This Act was repealed on 1 May 2019 by the Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2019 (Gujarat Act 4 of 2019), s.41; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
20. Before and after the hours fixed for the opening and closing of shops under sections 10 and 11, no goods of the kind sold in such shops shall be sold in any restaurant or eating house except for consumption on premises.
