Section 47. Expenses of local authority to be paid out of its fund.

This Act was repealed on 1 May 2019 by the Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2019 (Gujarat Act 4 of 2019), s.41; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
47. Notwithstanding anything contained in any enactment in regard to any municipal or local fund, all expenses incurred by a municipality 72[or any other local authority] under and for the purposes of this Act shall be paid out of the municipal or local fund, as the case may be.
