Section 40. Withdrawal to be notified in Official Gazette.

40. Where the Court of Wards withdraws its superintendence from any person or property under this Act, the fact of such withdrawal shall be notified in the Official Gazette and in such other manner as the State Government may, by general or special order, direct.
