3. (1) There shall be established by the State Government by a notification in Official Gazette, the tribunal to be called the "Gujarat Educational Institutions Services Tribunal"; (2) The Tribunal shall consist of the President and such number of Judicial and Administrative members as may be appointed by the State Government.
