Section 5. Vacancy or defect in constitution of Authority. The Gandhidham (Development and Control on Erection of Buildings) Act, 1957

5. No act of the Authority shall be called in question on the ground only of the existence of any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of the Authority.
