Section 8. Authorities of University. The Ganpat University Act, 2005.
Act no. 19 of 2005 2005 In force Gujarat (State Act)
8. The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-
(a) The Board of Governors;
(b) The Academic Council;
(c) The Finance Committee; and
(d) such other authorities as may be prescribed by the Regulations.
