This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Bombay Stamp (Gujarat Increase of Duties and Amendment) Act, 1963, s.5; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Increase of Stamp Duties Act, 1961. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint.
