The Gujarat Increase of Stamp Duties Act, 1961

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Bombay Stamp (Gujarat Increase of Duties and Amendment) Act, 1963, s.5; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
4. The provisions of the principal Act shall, except in so far as they are inconsistent with anything herein contained, apply for the purposes of this Act.
