The Kadi Sarva Vishva Vidyalaya Act, 2007.

13. (1) The Chairman shall preside over at the meetings of the Board and at convocations of the University. (2) The Chairman shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by this Act or the Regulations.
