Section 1. Short title and extent. The Gujarat Land Acquisition Officers Proceedings Validation Act, 1949

1. (1) This Act may be called the Bombay Land Acquisition Officers Proceedings Validation Act, 1949.
(2) It extends to the whole of the Province of Bombay.
