Section 18. Officers to be deemed public Servants. The Gujarat Land Requisition Act, 1948

18. Every officer authorized or empowered by the 39[State] Government to exercise any power or to perform any duty under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
