Section 124. Collector to have charge of boundarymarks after introduction of the survey settlement.

124. When the survey settlement shall bave been introduced into a district,the charge of the boundary marks, shall devolve on the collector and it shall be his duty to take measures for their 4[construction laying out], maintenance and repair, and for this purpose the powers conferred on survey officers by section 122 shall vest in him.
