Section 146. 2[State] Government to determine the dates, etc., on which land revenue shall be payable.

146. Land revenue, except when it is recovered under the provisions of the foregoing sections 140 to 144, shall be payable at such times, in such instalments, to such persons and at such places as may from time to time be determined by the orders of 1[ the 2[State] Government].
