Section 204. Appeal when to lie to the 3[State] Government.

204. 1[Subject to the provision in the Bombay Revenue Tribunal Act, 1939] an appeal shall lie to the 2[3[State] Government] from any decision or order passed 4 [* *] by a survey Commissioner, except in the case of any decision or order passed by such officer on appeal from a decision or order itself recorded in appeal by any officer subordinate to him.
