2[65A. Where the occupant of any land assessed or held for any non-agricultural purpose wishes to use such land or part thereof for any other non-agricultural purpose 3[or for other different non-agricultural purposes], the Collector’s permission shall in the first place be applied for by him and the provisions of section 65 shall, so far as may be, apply to such application. Explanation:—In this section, and in section 67A “non-agricultural purpose” means any of the purposes specified in clauses (b) to (e) of sub-section (1) of section 48.]
