Section 113. Power of Sate Government to make first regulations. The Gujarat Maritime Board Act, 1981
Act no. 30 of 1981 1981 In force Gujarat (State Act)
113. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the first regulations under this shall be made by the State Government and shall have effect on being published in the Official Gazette.
