Section 21. Indian Forest Act not to apply to minor forest produce or purposes covered under this Act. The Gujarat Minor Forest Produce Trade Nationalisation Act, 1979

21. Nothing contained in the Indian Forest Act, 1927 shall apply to any minor forest produce in respect of matters for which provisions are contained in this Act.
