Section 8. Vacancies how to be ailed. The Gujarat Municipal Finance Board Act, 1979
Act no. 12 of 1979 1979 In force Gujarat (State Act)
8. Any vacancy of a member of the Board shall be filled 3[as early as practicable]:
Provided that, during any such vacancy the continuing members may act as if no vacancy had occurred.
