This Act was repealed on 13 September 2022 by the Gujarat Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2021 (Gujarat Act 18 of 2021), s.47; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10. Any fees received under this Act shall be paid into the fund of the local supervising authority.
