Section 19. Persons qualified to be registered as voters.

19. Every person who is entitled to be registered in the relevant part of the electoral roll of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly under the Central Act shall be entitled to be registered as a voter in the list of voters for the electoral division, to be prepared under secton l8.
