Section 244. To whom appeal may be addressed, etc.

244. An appeal to be made to a district panchayat shall be in writing and addressed to the District Development Officer. It may be sent to the District Developmment Officer by registered post or presented to him in person. Every such appeal shall be accompanied by the decision or order appealed against or by a certified copy thereof.
