Section 278A. Application of Act to Scheduled Areas of State. The Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993

1[278 A.This Act shall apply to the Scheduled Areas of the State as referred to in clause (1) of article 244 of the Constitution of India, subject to the modifications specified in Schedule IV.
