Section 12. Powers of Chairman of Board. The Pandit Deeodayal Petroleum University Act, 2007.

12. (1) The Chairman shall preside over the meetings of fhe Board and the convocation of the University.
(2) The Chairman shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by or under this Act or regulations.
