Section 17. Finance Committee.

17. (1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:– (i) the Director General, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee; (ii) one member of the Board to be nominated by the President; (iii) one Director, by rotation to be nominated by the Director General; (iv) one expert in the field of finance to be nominated by the Board; (v) One of the members of the Society to be nominated by the Society; (2) The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Committee. (3) The term of office of the members other than the ex-officio members shall be three years.
