Section 27. Conduct of case in High Court against pleader.

27. (1) Where any case under section 24, section 25 or section 26 is heard by the High Court Advocate General or such counsel or pleader as may appear for the Crown shall argue the case against the pleader against whom the allegation is made, and such pleader may appear in person or by counsel or pleader. (2) In any such case the High Court may make such order as to costs as it thinks fit.
