Section 6. Conditions of admission.

6. (1) Any person who is duty qualified and is of good moral character and is not in Government service shall be entitled to be admitted as a pleader. (2) The number of pleaders shall not be limited. (3) If a pleader after obtaining a sanad accepts Government service, he shall not be entitled to practice whilst in service, even if he be on leave.
