Section 34. Vesting of Power of Settlement Commissioner The Gujarat Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947

34. The 96[State] Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette investing the Collector with all or any of the powers of the Settlement Commissioner under this Act.
