Section 12. Appeals. The Gujarat Private Forests (Acquisition) Act, 1972.

12. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Bombay Revenue Tribunal Act, 1957, an appeal shall lie to the Tribunal against an award of the Collector under section 8 or against any order of the Collector passed under section 10 or 11.
