Section 15. Court fees. The Gujarat Private Forests (Acquisition) Act, 1972.

15. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Bombay Court Fees Act, 1959, every appeal made under this Act to the Tribunal shall bear a court-fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
