Section 23. Repeal of sections 34A to 37 of the Forest Act.

23. Sections 34 A to 37 of the Forest Act shall stand repealed with effect on and from the appointed day: Provided that such repeal shall not affect the continuance in force after the appointed day, of any notification issued under any of these sections before their repeal, until superseded by the State Government.
