Section 13. Officers of University.

13. The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:- (a) The President; (b) The Provost; (c) The Registrar; (d) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officers; and (e) Such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of the University.
