Section 15. Appeal.

15. (1) Any person, including the Competent Authority, if aggrieved by an order of the Designated Court, may appeal to the High Court within thirty days from the date of such order. (2) In computing the period of limitation, the provisions of sections 4 and 12 of the Limitation Act, 1963 shall so far as may be, apply.
