Section 462. By-laws confirmed by 1[State] Government to be published in the Official Gazette. The Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949

462. When any by-law has been confirmed by the 1[State] Government it shall be published in the Official Gazette, and thereupon shall have the force of law.
