Section 15. Licences when suspended or cancelled to be returned. The Gujarat Public Conveyances Act, 1920

15. Every licence which has been suspended or cancelled shall be returned by the licensee to the Commissioner of Police within twenty-four hours after the suspension or cancellation thereof.
