Section 18. Investigation of the offences. The Gujarat Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2023

18. Any offence committed under this Act shall be investigated by the Police Officer not below the rank of Police Inspector but preferably by the Deputy Superintendent of Police.
