Section 20. Protection of action taken in good faith. The Gujarat Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2023

20. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder for the conduct of public examination.
